Well howdy everyone this is a video to introduce myself I am the voice behind the videos although you don’t see my face because I figure you want to see the plants and not my face.
So I put a picture in the video so you can see what I look like. So my name is Steve I also go by Kowboy and and I’m kind of unconventional so I spell Kowboy with a K.
Anyway, in here is my kitchen garden but I also have several other grow sites. Unfortunately, I don’t have a balcony so I grow in closets and grow tents and on windowsills.
So why should you listen to me? Well, I’ve been growing stuff all my life ever since I was a little kid
I ran a truck farm for many years and grew just about anything you could imagine.
So I have a lot of experience I also was a cannabis grower but I gave that up and now I grow vegetables and houseplants indoors and other plants because I really don’t have much garden space outside.
I’m in an apartment so I pretty much focus everything around indoor gardening in an apartment a windowsill or on a balcony.
So if you have an apartment where you have a balcony consider yourself lucky.
But even if you don’t and only have a windowsill this site will help you out and give you ideas.
Inside My Kitchen Garden
So what I have in my kitchen garden changes over time.
I have grown microgreens, lettuce, and other greens as well as tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, sweet potatoes, and garlic and I even have a Dragon Fruit plant in there.
Right now and up front I have a dwarf citrus tree. This is a Clementine orange it has not fruited yet I am hoping it will flower this year
I have a 2-year-old pepper plant here that I just picked peppers off.
I have a potato plant growing in a 5-gallon bucket.
I have a strawberry tower that I just planted and it’s got some flowers coming but I’ve been picking them off because I want the plants to put their energy into growing but they’re flowering anyway.
I have a sweet potato plant in the corner
There’s a tomato plant and it’s starting to flower.
This was cropped in here before but I cut it way back and I’m growing it all over again because tomatoes and peppers are perennial indoors as long as they stay healthy you can keep harvesting them.

I am the sole writer and photographer and I take videos and although I don’t know that I do any of them that well it is what it is and it’s here for the taking.
